Orders, Pricing, and Availability

All orders are subject to acceptance. We may cancel or refuse any order due to suspected fraud, pricing or stock errors, or other reasonable grounds. If cancelled, you will receive a full refund.
Product images and descriptions are for reference; minor variations may occur.
We reserve the right to correct errors, change prices, and update product information without prior notice.

Shipping and Delivery

Processing time is typically 1–3 business days. Delivery time varies by destination and inventory location. Estimated delivery window: up to 30 days. External factors (customs, holidays, weather) may extend this.
Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, risk of loss transfers to the recipient. Please choose a secure delivery address and consider signature‑required options where available.

Returns and Refunds

Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for eligibility, time windows, and procedures. Unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed quality issue, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Our products are not medical devices and are not a substitute for professional veterinary advice. Always supervise your pet’s use of products and discontinue use if damage or excessive wear is observed.
