• Customs clearance, weather conditions, or carrier delays may extend delivery times.

Carriers and Tracking

• We work with international and regional carriers. Tracking details will be provided when available.
• Tracking visibility may take 1–3 days to update after dispatch.

Address Requirements and Delivery

• We do not ship to P.O. boxes at this time. Please provide a complete residential or business address.
• Signature‑required delivery may be used for higher‑value orders or at our discretion for security. Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, risk of loss transfers to the recipient.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight/volume, and service level.

Duties and Taxes

Import duties, taxes, and fees (if any) are the responsibility of the recipient. Please consult your local customs authority for details.

Service Areas and Restrictions

• Primary service area: United States and selected global regions.
• Orders to countries or regions that cannot be serviced by our fulfillment network will be restricted at checkout.
• We do not ship to locations subject to applicable sanctions or embargoes.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

• If tracking shows no updates for 20 consecutive days, please contact us for assistance. We may offer a replacement or a refund after verification.
• For delivery issues, contact the carrier first with your tracking number, then reach out to us if further help is needed.
